Pilates x Strength is a fitness experience that's designed to benefit the body, mind, and soul to create strength from the inside out. This class combines strength training with Pilates to build lean muscle, burn fat, and increase energy.

Welcome to HIIT (High-intensity interval training) which involves exerting your maximum energy during short periods of time. HIIT exercise burns 25% to 30% more calories than any other form of exercise. My classes will give you an all out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods. During your class, you will burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. HIIT is a great workout choice for people of all fitness levels.

Get out and get moving with a free Fitness Class. This 1 hour free class includes some gentle yoga moves, chair and standing exercises and NO FLOOR exercises. Participants are encouraged to participate at their personal level of comfort. Talking and laughing together is a big part of the fun of this group. Attendance is not mandatory – come when you can.
