This workshop-style session breaks down the basics; from alignment and breath to key postures you'll see in most classes. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their form and build confidence on the mat.
A guided, all-levels vinyasa class that links breath with movement in a fun and energizing flow. Expect to move, stretch, and reset while practicing outdoors in a beautiful park setting.
