Fitness Access Class 14119
Take the first step toward a healthy lifestyle with our Middle School Fitness Access Class! This class is designed to teach middle schoolers how to safely and properly use fitness equipment, including cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. Participants will learn the fundamentals of strength training, proper form, and gym etiquette in a supervised and supportive environment. Upon successful completion of the class, participants will receive access to the fitness rooms, allowing them to continue building healthy habits and confidence in their workouts.
