In this class students will be aware of the life and work of Georgia O'Keefe. Students will create artwork showing the concept of enlarging and abstraction. They will also use blending and glazing techniques with oil pastels.
3D Printing 13015
Discover the exciting world of 3D printing in this one-hour, hands-on introductory class. Participants will learn the fundamentals of how 3D printing works while seeing two printers in action throughout the session. The class includes a live demonstration, opportunities to handle real 3D-printed objects—both successful and failed examples—and a discussion of what makes each print work (or not). Every participant will take home a small pre-printed item as a keepsake. Perfect for beginners curious about 3D printing and makers looking to explore a new technology in an engaging, interactive environment.
Stellar Mobile 13022
The night sky will come to life with mobiles made with stars, planets and moons. Students will cut and decorate their stellar objects and learn how to balance them to create their mobile.
