Water walking burns calories increases muscle tone and improves cardiovascular health. A variety of options is offered to achieve the level of intensity desired.
Moderate intensity, shallow water exercise class will improve aerobic conditioning as well as increase muscular strength, balance, flexibility, and range of motion. The course is easily modified to all fitness levels.
CLASSES WILL BE CANCELED IF MINIMUM ENROLLMENT IS NOT MET THREE (3) DAYS PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS.
The Indoor Pool will be shutdown December 18, 2017 - January 1, 2018 for annual maintenance.
Gym is CLOSED 5:30 - 9:00 pm Wednesdays January 17 - March 21, 2018 for Women's Volleyball League. Racquetball Courts & Walking Track will remain open.
North Gym is CLOSED 4:00 - 5:15 pm Wednesdays December 6, 2017 - January 31, 2018 for Volleyball. Racquetball Courts & Walking Track will remain open.
