The Geneseo Park District would like to invite you to a FREE seminar from Hammond-Henry Hospital while enjoying a FREE light luncheon provided by the Geneseo Park District Foundation.
This seminar will be presented by health professionals and is dedicated to the memory to Pawel Przybyla, a beloved hospital employee who lost his battle with rare disease this year. We will discuss risk factors/signs/symptoms to look out for, self-evaluation techniques, recommendations for wellness screening and testing options/opportunities, and resources for those who have been diagnosed with rare disease or who are at high risk for rare disease.

In this program we will discuss general sleep data, risk factors that affect good quality sleep, symptoms of poor sleep, and what someone can do if they are experiencing symptoms or have high risk factors.
