#24120 BOOTCAMP (H)

The class will utilize the TriForce, a funtional training and rehabilitaion tool invented locally by a Hammond Henry Hospital physical therapist. Participants will perform triplanar mobility and stability progressions consistent with the demands of life and sports. Trainers will incorporate numerous body weight circuits and use functional tools to help improve mobility, strength, and endurance.

#24131 P.I.T. (Parent - Infant - Toddler) (M)

This one is for all the moms & dads who want to stay or come back to their fitness routines. Class includes exercises that are tailored to include your little bundle in a stroller. Don’t let that throw you off, this class isn’t a stroll in the park! Parents are required to bring a stroller (and baby of course).

A low impact class that focuses on balance and strength, as well as fl exibility and cardiorespiratory fi tness. Many pieces of equipment are used to help you reach and maintain your fi tness goals.

A variety of equipment is used to work every major muscle group and build strength in all areas. Modifications are always available to ensure you reach your fitness goals while maintaining good form.

#24109 HIGH INTENSITY (H)

Strength training mixed with cardio in Tabata-style rounds will get you the results you want in this high intensity interval training (HIIT) class. A variety of fitness equipment is used to work different muscle groups and mix it up so no two classes are the same

#24104 EARLY BURN (H)

A great way to start your day. This is a challenging and dynamic class. Total body muscle conditioning using dumbbells, bands, exercise balls, body bars and your own body weight as resistance tools. You will burn fat, build strength, increase endurance and sculpt your entire body.

#24105 MORNING MIX (H)

This class offers a blend of cardio and strength training that will burn calories and build muscle. Many different pieces of equipment will be utilized throughout the workout. Your hourly session will finish with core work to tone abs and stretching to enhance flexibility and balance.

PiYo is a total-body fitness class designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, and increase flexibility.

Sweat, Sculpt & ROCK with POUND! This full body cardio jam session is inspired by the sweat-dripping, infectious, energizing fun of drumming!

#24130 KNOCKOUT (H)

A cardio-forward boxing/kickboxing workout with no bags and no ring. It’s just you and your own killer instinct, set to an explosive playlist that powers you through 60 intense minutes. This class will train you to move, look, and feel like a champion!
