Established in 1924 Central Theater, formerly known as 'The Geneseo Theater', has been a mainstay in downtown Geneseo for over 80 years.
Operated by the Geneseo Park District since 1996, this historic theater continues to offer state of the art entertainment at an affordable price.
The theater seats 177 and offers digital cinema projection with 7.1 Dolby surround sound. The digital conversion in 2012 means a higher quality motion picture and sound experience for the moviegoer.
