Fishing, Trail Walks, Microscopes and Illinois Environmental Presentation
All participants registered by July 17th will receive a Hot Dog & Chip lunch provided by the Geneseo Park District Foundation.

FREE SEMINAR & LUNCHEON - Functional Golf Mobility

Join the Park District for a free seminar from Hammond-Henry Hospital while enjoying a free light luncheon provided by the Geneseo Park District Foundation.
This session will go through the biomechanics of the golf swing and provide examples of golf warm up ideas to help improve mobility in the neck, spine, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles specific to the golf swing.
