Sleeping Beauty #13010

Embrace this opportunity to practice and perform an original musical production of Sleeping Beauty with the Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre Company during this week long camp.

Two professional actor/directors from Prairie Fire will audition and cast local youth, everyone receives a part. After rehearsing for 4 days, the cast will perform the musical two times for the community. Participants experience the excitement of producing a musical while working and learning together. Prairie Fire Staff come with everything needed for the show: sets, props, costumes, make-up ... everything but the children!

AGES: 7 - 16 yrs
MAX: 74 actors

PERFORMANCES
Friday July 22, 2022 at 7:00 pm and Saturday July 23, 2022 at 10:30 am
Tickets for performances will be available at The Center front desk.
$5/adults | $3/children (18 and under)
You are strongly encouraged to purchase your tickets in advance.

Camp Details

  • Auditions will be held the Monday morning of camp from 9 to 11: 00 am. Pre-registration is required for auditions.
  • Some children may need to stay after the audition to practice until about 1:00 pm.
  • Individual schedules will be given after auditions for the remainder of the week.
  • 2 tickets are included in the cost of the participation fee.
