The Unplug Illinois Day is a statewide initiative that encourages people to get out, unplug, play and engage with one another. Come out to the Athletic Field and participate in a variety of games and activities. Games will include basketball, ping pong, cornhole, tennis, volleyball, baseball, golf…and more! Activities will be held in the gym of the Community Center in case of inclement weather.

*Must attend both training days to receive lifeguard certification
Explore, Learn and Conserve... Join the Park District for an outdoor event that combines a hike with engaging educational learning opportunities. This event will cover basic outdoor educational information such as fire starting, items to pack for a day hike, plant identification, and discussions on how we can help preserve our local natural spaces.
