The greatest athletes were kids once too! In this 3 day class, children will get the chance to run out onto the field and see what sports are all about. Introductory skills like kicking, throwing and running will be the focus of this learning through play camp.
Mud Kitchen 11166
Welcome to our new Mud Kitchen Class which is a delightful, hands-on outdoor experience designed especially for curious preschoolers! In this class, children will explore the wonders of nature through messy, imaginative play using kitchen tools, natural materials, and, of course, plenty of mud! Children will mix, mash, pour, stir, and pretend to cook with mud, water, leaves, sticks, and other found treasures. Whether they are baking a mud pie, brewing a potion or running their own pretend restaurant, children develop critical early skills like: sensory exploration, fine motor development, creative thinking and role-playing, early science and math concepts. We will also have a sand play area as well as a soapy water station for cleaning up when the messy play is done. Please wear clothes that can get muddy and stained while your child explores! Rain Date will be Friday, August 14th.
