Sauna
Our sauna is a small room designed to provide dry heat to induce sweating and promote relaxation. The heat source is an electric heater with hot rocks. The sauna operates at high temperatures, typically ranging from 150°F to 195°F. It is a "dry" sauna with low humidity. Some users may add water to the hot rocks to create steam and increase humidity. The sauna is constructed from cedar wood which absorbs heat and remains comfortable to the touch. The heat in a sauna causes your body temperature to rise, leading to an increased heart rate, improved circulation, and sweating. Regular sauna use is associated with several health benefits, including stress reduction, improved circulation, detoxification through sweating, muscle relaxation, and pain relief. Our sauna provides a therapeutic environment with high temperatures and low humidity levels, aimed at promoting relaxation, detoxification, and overall well-being. Please be safe when using the sauna by following the rules and regulations below.
