Day Camps at the Park District offer fun, active, and engaging experiences for kids! Campers enjoy a variety of activities — all led by energetic and caring staff. It's the perfect way to make new friends, stay active, and create lasting memories!
Spring Break Camp Details
- Spring Break Camp will begins at 7:30 am every day.
- Mornings will be full of activities, crafts and games.
- Monday and Wednesday we will be swimming in the Indoor Pool during the Public Open Swim.
- Tuesday and Thursday morning we will be using the inflatables and games in the gym.
- Children will be able to sign up for other Geneseo Park District programs. Camp Counselors will escort your child to and from their programs.
- Day Camp will end at 5:30 pm.
- Spring Break Camp is NOT DCFS certified and therefore does not qualify to receive public aid. If you are looking for assistance please review the FUNding Positive Recreational Experiences program.
Summer Camp Details
- Camp Session based on Geneseo School District 228’s calendar
- Day Camp will begin at 7:30 am everyday with an Early Bird option for a 6:30 am drop-off.
- Mornings will be full of activities and games centered around the theme for each week. Our afternoons will be filled with swimming at the Aquatic Center, crafts and fun!
- Summer Day Camp participants have weekly Field Trips throughout the summer.
- Children will be able to sign up for other Geneseo Park District programs. Camp Counselors will escort your child to and from their programs.
- Pick-up will be at 5:30 pm.
- Summer Day Camp is NOT DCFS certified and therefore does not qualify to receive public aid. If you are looking for assistance please review the FUNding Positive Recreational Experiences program.
- A mandatory parent meeting will be scheduled prior to the start of camp. Registered families will be notified.
- Dates subject to change based on Geneseo School District 228’s calendar. Camp will begin the day after school is released for summer session & end the day before school begins for the 2026 - 2027 year.
- Fees will be prorated.
- Summer Camp is not held on 4th of July.

Choose the 3-days each week that best fits your schedule. Must schedule at least 1 week in advance. 3-day/week option only available per session, not applicable to "pick-a-week" option.
Early Bird Day Camp 13301
Join the Geneseo Park District for an unforgettable Summer Day Camp! The Park District offers a full-day camp experience for children entering Kindergarten through 6th Grade. Need flexibility? Take advantage of our Pick-a-Week option and join us only when you need it. Camp days are packed with fun and variety, including: Access to the Outdoor Pool Weekly themes and exciting field trips Crafts, games, and special activities Opportunities to participate in Park District programs Schedule: Camp begins at 7:30 AM daily, with an early drop-off option at 6:30 AM. Pick-up is at 5:30 PM. Mornings feature themed activities and games, while afternoons include swimming, crafts, and more! Camp counselors will escort children to any onsite registered Park District programs or morning swim sessions. A Youth or Family Park District membership is required for Member Pricing. Mandatory Parent Meeting: Thursday, May 21 at 5:30 PM in the Poolside Room. Additional details will be shared prior to the meeting.
