Breast Health Seminar
Date: Thursday, September 10, 2026
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

The Geneseo Park District would like to invite you to a FREE seminar from community partners while enjoying a FREE light luncheon provided by the Geneseo Park District Foundation.
This seminar provides a comprehensive overview of breast health, including breast imaging and current screening guidelines, common benign breast conditions, and the clinical “gray areas” that often require further evaluation. Participants will learn when a breast biopsy is indicated, how breast cancer is diagnosed and staged, and the treatment options available, including surgical management, radiation, chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, and targeted therapies. The program will also discuss posttreatment surveillance, follow-up care, and strategies to support long-term breast health and survivorship.
