Summer Combo I
Day/Time: Thursday 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Participants who were in Mini Stars and Flip Flop classes this past season are eligible to attend this class.
Skills on all pieces of equipment will be covered. Tumbling, uneven bars, balance beam and vault.
Summer Combo II
Day/Time: Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 pm
The participants in Shooting Stars and Prep Team this past season are eligible to attend this class.
This classwill concentrate on back handsprings and round off back handsprings while learning progression
on equipment for routines.
Dance
Session: June 17 - July 31
Cost: $32 M /$64 R/ $96 NR

Students need to wear comfortable clothing, preferably leotards & tights.
Ballet (age 8 and up)
Day/Time: Tuesday 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Involves barre and center work with an emphasis on technique.
Students should wear pink ballet shoes.
Kidz Dance (age 5 & 6)
Day/Time: Tuesday 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Students are introduced to ballet, jazz and tap. Basic steps will be taught with lots of fun!
Students should wear pink ballet and black tap shoes.
Beginner/Intermediate Jazz & Tap (age 7 & up)
Day/Time: Thursday 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Jazz work involves floor work, traveling steps and isolation work. Tap involves rhythmic movements to music.
This class is for those who have taken Level I and up.
Students should wear black tap and jazz shoes.
Creative Movement (age 3 & 4)
Day/Time: Thursday 5:00 - 5:45 pm
Students are introduced to basic ballet and tap movements using creative concepts and their imagination.
Students should wear pink ballet and blacktap shoes.
Intermediate/Advanced Jazz & Tap (age 11 & up)
Day/Time: Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Knowledge of turns and time-steps is strongly recommended. This advanced jazz and tap technique class is
great for building dancers strength and endurance. This class is for team members and those who have
taken Level III.
Students should wear black jazz and tap shoes.
Tennis
Learn how to hold a racket, execute the forehand shot, backhand shot, volley and serve. Learn how to play
tennis! Choose one or all four
sessions. Classes run Monday - Thursday.

Tae Kwon Do
Looking for a new way to get in shape and learn skills that will enable you to
protect yourself?
Tae Kwon Do is the art of unarmed combat, involving the skilled application of punches, flying kicks, blocks
and dodges. Students will learn self-defense techniques, develop better eye-hand coordination and
self-discipline.

7th & 8th Grade Cardio/Weight Training
This four week program will teach the participant rules and regulations for the fitness area as well as
expected behavior and techniques. Seventh and eighth grade members are allowed to use the
Cardio/Weight room upon

Babysitting Camp
Learn how to care for young children and become certified. Students will learn the importance of safety and
how to care for a baby/child. Changing
diapers, bottle feeding, burping, safe environment and playing with
baby/child will all be covered. Each participant will schedule 4 hours in our babysitting room to get first hand
experience. Certification is through
American Red Cross.

FREE Hunter Safety Course
August 7th, 5:30 - 8:30 pm & August 9th, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Must attend both dates to receive certification.
Hunters under the age of 16 must take this course to receive their first hunting license. This is a 10 hour
course divided into two days. Registration forms are available at the Center. Upon registration, your book
will be distrubuted to read before class. Children 10 and under must have a guardian present during the
course. For Saturday’s class, pizza & pop will be available for $5.00, or bring a sack lunch. Students will
not be allowed to leave the facility for lunch.
