MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Annual Gym Membership
An annual gym membership includes the gymnasium, locker room, sauna, walking/jogging track,
weight room, and cardiovascular room. A gym membership allows you to participate in gym programs
at the member rate.
Annual Racquetball Membership
May be added to an annual gym or all three membership for an additional fee. A racquetball pass
allows you to participate in racquetball leagues at a reduced fee.
Annual Indoor Pool Membership
An annual Indoor Pool Membership includes the Indoor Pool and locker room facilities. A indoor pool
membership allows you to participate in Indoor Pool programs at the member rate.
Seasonal Outdoor Pool Membership
A seasonal Outdoor Pool membership includes the Outdoor Pool and allows you take Outdoor Pool
programs at the member rate.
Annual All 3 Membership
An All Three Membership combines the Gym, Indoor and Outdoor Pool Memberships at a reduced fee
and allows you to participate in any programs offered at the member rate.
Monthly Gym Membership
A one month Gym membership includes the gymnasium, locker room, sauna, walking/jogging track,
weight room, and cardiovascular room.
Monthly Indoor Pool Membership
A one month Indoor Pool Membership includes use of the Indoor Pool and locker room facilities.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Family: All members of an immediate family who are legal dependents and live in the same household.
Single Parent Family: Divorced or widowed parent and their children.
Couple: Married
Senior Citizen: Must be 60 years of age or older.
Senior Citizen Couple: Married and one partner must be 60 years of age or older.
Adult: Over 18 and under 60 years of age.
High School: Grades 9th – 12th
Youth: Age 0 through 8th Grade
Business Membership: If your business pays a non-refundable annual fee of $300.00, all of your
employees will receive a 25% discount on the annual membership of their choice at the Geneseo
Community Center. If your business pays a non-refundable annual fee of $575.00, all of your employees
will receive a 35% discount on the annual membership of their choice at the Geneseo Community Center.
Once the non-refundable annual fee is paid, any employee from your business may purchase the
membership of their choice at the discounted rate during your annual year. Terms and Conditions:
In order to receive the discount rate, your employee must show a current paycheck stub and a photo I.D.
when they purchase their membership. The discount rate can be used to purchase your employee’s
individual membership or, they may use the discount rate on a couple or family membership. However, all
discounted memberships must include the employee. Only one employee discount may be used per
membership.The discount rate may only be used for annual memberships. Cannot be used for 1 month
or outdoor pool memberships.

A non-resident is defined as those persons who do not residen within the corporate boundries of the Geneseo ParkDistrict. Your voters registration card will indicate whether you reside in the District or not. Non-resident fee does not apply to 1 month or Outdoor Pool Memberships. |

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are not available for Outdoor Pool or 1 Month Memberships.
The Park District accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Automatic Checking (Bank Draft): The Geneseo Community Center bank draft membership (automatic
checking) is for a minimum of one year. It is designed to answer the needs of Members who desire to pay
for their Membership on a monthly basis, and is the only way that the Geneseo Community Center can
accept monthly payments. A down payment of two months is required for your first and last month. The
balance is deducted from your checking account in equal amounts for a minimum of ten consecutive months.
A one time service charge of $10.00 will be charged upon down payment and a monthly service fee of $1.00
will be inluded in the maonthly ach payment. Anytime after the 10 months, a written notice must be received
30 days prior to cancellation.
Three Consecutive Monthly Payments: The Geneseo Community Center offers a monthly payment plan for
Memberships. The Membership rate is divided into 3 equal payments, which are paid the first three months
of your Membership. A $5.00 service charge will be charged on your first payment. If monthly payments are
not paid by due dates, a late fee of $5.00 per month will be charged. Although payments are on a monthly
basis your Membership obligation is for a full year. Future Memberships may not be obtained until complete
balances are paid in full.
GENERAL MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Memberships at the Center allow each person many options to choose from. You may buy a membership
to just the Gym (which includes the gym, locker room, sauna, walking/jogging track, cardio/weight room and
50% off gym programs), just the Indoor Pool (which includes the indoor pool and locker room and 50% off
indoor pool programs), just the Outdoor Pool, (which includes the outdoor pool and bathhouse and 50% off
outdoor pool programs), or you may purchase an All Three Membership which allows you to use all the
facilities at the Center (gym, indoor pool and outdoor pool and 50% off all programs).
Memberships are not transferable. Annual Memberships discontinued before the year is completed will
be refunded 50% of the unused balance; there is a $5.00 service fee.
Annual Medical Examination: Is strongly recommended for all persons and particularly necessary for
adults who are embarking on a physical conditioning program.
Attire: Suitable gym clothes (including shirt) and shoes are required for admittance in the gyms, courts,
jogging track, fitness rooms and cardio/weight room. Swimsuits are required for admittance to the pool.
Suitable clothing is to be worn in the sauna.
Insurance: The Community Center was constructed with the highest health and safety standards
and does not provide accident insurance. Each person participates at his/her own risk.
Thanks for not smoking. The Community Center is an advocate of good health and fitness. We ask
your cooperation by not smoking throughout the building.
Please note: All scheduled activities or facilities (times, dates and fees) may be changed or cancelled
at the discretion of the Center Staff. Certain facilities may be closed for class instruction. Please check
times and dates at either office.
Participants interested in reserving the Racquetball/Handball Courts or Batting Cage may do so at the
front office.
Children under High School Age must complete a cardio/weight training course in order to use
the cardio and weight equipment. This course is available to students entering 7th and 8th grades.
Please refer to the front office or current program brochure for more information.
Jogging/Walking Track Rules: Slow joggers/walkers stay to inside lane. Jog/walk in single file.
Indoor gym shoes are required. No loitering on track. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday run
clockwise, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, run counter-clockwise. Thirteen laps equals one mile.
Must be High School age or above to use the track without adult supervision. Note: A “special pass”
is available to persons under high school age who wish to use the track without adult supervision.
Applications are available at the front office.
