WALK-INS ARE WELCOME at all Water Fitness Classes unless the class has met its maximum of 20 participants.

WATER FITNESS CLASSES: have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 participants.

CLASS INTENSITY LEVELS: For your convenience, each class will be labeled as a Low Intensity (L), Moderate Intensity (M) or High Intensity (H)

ABC (L)Fitness at a glance
