Our fitness classes offer a wide variety of programs to help members establish and maintain healthy exercise habits in a welcoming environment. We provide members with a fitness assessment to provide an overview of current fitness levels by performing a collection of fitness tests.

An LA-based dynamic fusion of cardio dance, yoga, booty sculpting, and strength training. A group indoor cycling class is a fantastic way to exercise in a fun, low-impact and high energy environment. Strength, endurance and overall fitness can be achieved with regular sessions. Heart rate and RPM’s are used to simulate several movements such as hills, seated/standing flats, jumps and sprints. The Cycle X-treme program will change the way you look at fitness.
