ALICE IN WONDERLAND PRODUCTION
1 Week Theatre Camp July 2-7, 2012

Instructor: Prairie Fire Children's Theatre Company
Embrace this opportunity to practice and perform an original musical production of Alice in Wonderland with the Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre Company during this week long camp. Two professional actor/directors from Prairie Fire will audition and cast local youth, everyone receives a part. After rehearsing for 4 days, the cast will perform the musical two times for the community. Participants experience the excitement of producing a musical while working and learning together. Prairie Fire Staff come with everything needed to do the show: sets, props, costumes, make-up . . . everything but the children!
Auditions. Auditions will be held the Monday morning of camp from 9 to 11am at the Community Center (note: some children may need to stay after the audition to practice until about 1pm). No rehearsal on July 4th. Pre-registration is required for auditions.
Performances. Performances are Friday at 7pm & Saturday morning at 10:30am at the Geneseo High School Auditorium.
Tickets. $3/adults | $2/children (18 and under) Tickets for performances will be available at the Community Center front desk beginning June 1st. You are strongly encouraged to purchase your tickets in advance. Two tickets are included in the cost of the participation fee. Please choose either Friday or Saturday when registering.

Join the Geneseo Park District as we bring a ‘big screen movie’ to the Athletic Field. This family oriented event is completely FREE to all participants. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of family fun. The movie will begin promptly after dark at the Athletic Field. The featured movie will be announced at the Community Center two weeks prior to showing.
