Water Fitness Classes have a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 participants. Walk-ins are welcome at all Water Fitness Classes unless the class has met its maximum of 20 participants. 1 hour class walk-in fee:$4 Member/$8 Res/$12 Non-Res.

Joints in Motion – 5006 [L]

Increases range of motion at the joints in order to improve posture, balance and mobility.

Just My Speed – 5007 [L]

A low intensity, low impact, full body workout. This class incorporates movement with basic strengthening, toning, trunk stabilization and balance exercises

ABC  – 5001 [L]

A fun, low to moderate intensity class that will strengthen and tone muscles and energize.

H2O Combo – 5016 [L]

Work towards maintaining a healthy back in the safest place to be – the water! An aquatic therapy class that will address spine flexibility and strength. Participants will focus on posture, pelvic tilt and spine length through various exercises, including stretching.

Walk the Water  – 5011 [M]

Water walking burns calories, increases muscle tone and improves cardiovascular health. A variety of options are offered to achieve the level of intensity desired.

Just the Guys – 5008 [M]

An exercise class that works on increasing muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. A total body workout for the guys that is lots of fun.

Wet N Wild – 5012 [M]

Moderate intensity exercises will improve aerobic conditioning as well as increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and range of motion.

Aqua Fit – 5003 [M]

An excellent cardiovascular workout with minimal strain on your joints. Enhance muscle tone and flexibility with a total body workout.

AquaChallenge – 5002 [H]

Class held in deep water. Combines moderate-high intensity movements with resistance training.

Kamikaze Klass – 5009 [H]

This class combines high intensity rhythmic movements with resistance training. A class guaranteed to burn calories and get you in shape.

This high intensity, total body workout will utilize the entire pool.
