Land Fitness Department
The Land Fitness department provides information and training for those interested in maintaining healthy, active lifestyles. The Geneseo Community Center contains state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and several free fitness-related workshops and sessions are offered throughout the year to either acclimate members to our facilities and services.
Our fitness classes offer a wide variety of programs to help members establish and maintain healthy exercise habits in a welcoming environment. We provide members with a fitness assessment to provide an overview of current fitness levels by performing a collection of fitness tests. Personal training services include customizing an exercise program that combines personal health and fitness goals with fitness assessment results.
