The trainer will be there to instruct you on proper techniques during your well balanced workout, and at the same time, motivating you to achieve your fitness goals.

  • 10 Sessions: $250 Members / $500 Residents / $750 Non-Res.
  • 1 Session: $40 Members / $80 Residents / $120 Non-Res.
  • (1 session rate only available after completing 5 or 10 session pkgs.)

Group Personal Training Packages [4008]

Great way to get personal training at a low cost. This allows participants to get direction and instruction from a personal trainer with the support and motivation of working out with other people. Great for cycling and weight training. Get your friends and join today.

  • 5 Sessions: $110 Members / $220 Residents / $330 Non-Res.
  • 10 Sessions: $200 Members / $400 Residents / $600 Non-Res.
  • 1 Session: $25 Members $50 Non-Members
