Bladder control issues can affect people of all ages and is not normal. Increased urgency, frequency and incontinence can disrupt your day, affect your sleep and limit social activities. A focused exercise program can help reduce these problems and improve your quality of life. This program will provide an overview of causes of incontinence, information on symptoms and treatment and how to take charge of bladder control issues. Pre-registration recommended.
